| I have been driving for over 40 years and this is the best auto shop I have ever used. Staff are all courteous and efficient. They squeezed me in one time when I had a flat and had to get to work that evening (I'm a RN). I have never had a problem with any work they have ever done and I have used them now for years. I easily give them a 5+ rating! |

| Really nice. I treat my mechanic guy with respect and he treats me great, so when I have a problem I have a go to guy. There are just hardly any real mechanics left so I make sure to show them the gratitude and they go the extra mile for me. | Excellent as usual! Lets face it, they are always busy here because they are the best. Yes, it takes time but why on earth would want to rush your laborer? Surely we all know it takes time to do good works. In that case I just drop it off and say call me when you have an answer. Good work and quality products are the keys to a good experience. I always buy the best because my car is my biggest asset. And these tires and Ceramic Brakes are the best. |

| They did a great job restoring some mechanical issues on a Acura for me and fixed some noises and check engine light problems. They showed good willingness to help me, a lucky find in todays world! |

| I went to Arlington Auto and Tire for 4 new tires and a NYS Inspection. 2 months later the back tires were leaking. I?went back for them to replace the faulty valves at which time they also installed tire pressure sensors. After this was done, the TPMS? dashboard light would not go off indicating a problem I didn?t have previously. I went back so they could replace the tire pressure sensor valves. During this visit, the mechanic broke my car?s lug nut, a part which had to be ordered while I waited an extra 2 hours. On top of all that, I drove home with the TPMS light still on! With a little online research, I found a manual for my model which outlined a very specific method for installing sensors which I assumed Arlington must not be doing. With the help of Jennifer, a customer rep who realized that my experience was beyond horrible so far, a master mechanic was involved to follow this manual on my next visit. Although he reinstalled the sensors properly, the TPMS light still would not go off because he said only the Dealer has the proprietary code needed to initialize the system. This would cost me $150 (plus tax!) on top of all I had already paid to Arlington so far. While things were going from bad to worse, I?decided that if I?had to pay the dealer for his code, I?d better replace the front tire sensors first. Jennifer ordered the parts and scheduled my next visit with the same mechanic. But something happened that none of us expected. Once he installed the front sensors and initialized the system, the TPMS light went OFF! After having driven some 30 miles each way 5 times, and spending at least 3 hours at each visit, you can imagine my relief and utter joy! Better yet, I?didn?t have to give the dealer $150 plus tax! So, while I? had been at my wit?s end during this experience, I am so happy with the final result, I? give Jennifer and Arlington Auto and Tire 5 stars! Richard Wilson |

| These guys fixed a problem the gm dealer could not figure out for years. They took the time to carefully test and track down what ever it was and thoughtfully repaired it. Good quality costs a little more but in the long run would have been much less. |
