| I was pleased with my recent vehicle inspection and tire rotation. Liz is always efficient and accommodating to complete the task and direct her crew to complete the job in a professional manner. Alex was also polite, responsive and professional in getting my vehicle in promptly for the requested tire rotation. I always receive excellent service at this facility |

| It was a Sunday morning, my Ford f-150 would not start. I replaced the battery on my own but still had charging issues. I called Arlington, spoke with Liz and brought the truck in for repair. The alternator was replaced, and I also needed new tires, rear brakes and shocks. Liz was great with explaing pricing and had me rolling again in no time, on a Sunday. Highly recommend! |

| Not being one to be particularly trusting of automotive repair shops or even dealer service because I most often do my own repairs, I took a chance on Arlington Auto to do some repairs because of weather and not having time to do it myself. I found them to be trustworthy and attentive. They did what they said they would do and went above and beyond what I would have expected; even staying after closing on New Year's eve to finish a job on my truck. I haven't come across a shop yet that would do this. They were easy to work with and kept me informed. They also didn't treat me like I was an idiot, which every dealer service department I've ever visited finds so easy to do. |

| I was able to make an appointment within the same week. The online price quote was very accurate and helped me to call and make an appointment, j owing exactly what tires I wanted/needed, and they were able to check inventory right away. I'd recommend to call to complete the appointment, because the online tool asks for preferred tomes but does not really confirm. |
