| I was not happy with the mistake they made I got a pair of tires and they did not match tires that I had on the rear I was very disappointed that they did not point this out to me I thought I was getting one type of tire and I got a different type same brand and I drive a all-wheel drive vehicle they need to match I was not happy with the time it took for them to correct that mistake |

| Waiting room needs updating and appointments should not be made if you are going to wait over an hour before your vehicle gets brought in for service. |

| Initially, the service person had issues locating my older fleet vehicle which I had brought to them a few times before. It appears the previous work performed was incorrectly input into their data system. Eventually, they figured it out and my new fleet car was entered in correctly. Friendly and willing to make the correction, the desk personnel and service performed met by expectations. |

| I had four new tires installed recently and had to return twice before the staff would believe that the right rear tire was not inflated properly. |
| Shop Comment Hi Mike, I wish we had known that an employee failed to take yuour advice, they should have immediately put the tire in our dunk tank. We investigated and made some adjustments based upon your valuable input. |

| I was happy with the service and the new tires. When I took the car home the TPMS light came on. I did not know if their was a hole in the tire, or the tire just had low air, or if the sensors were not working correctly. When I spent the time to make an appointment and come back in, I was told the TPMS was not calibrated and I would have to calibrate and drive the car for 30mins. I did this this and all was well. Why did you not tell me this when I left the shop the first time? |
| Shop Comment Some tpms systems require very specific drive cycles. In the owners manual of your car including all brands are the steps to help. Its always a good practice to understand the make and model instructions. Also read the maintenance schedule as some cars have very certain important notes to prevent problems. |

| Arlington Auto and Tire has been my first choice to have my vehicle serviced. However I have noticed that the quality of the service has begun to fall off. Customer service and the front desk is not as attentive as in the passed. Adherence to details has fallen off. The latest example is when I had an oil change performed. The fluids were not top off (as the service order indicated it would and the car almost over heated because the coolant level was low. I hope that Arlington Auto starts paying more attention to all aspects of customer service going forward. |

| Had to return a second. The wait to get in was 2+ hours. Came back the next day. Lack of staff and the same issue. Used to be on point. Not anymore |

| Took my truck to my mechanic at north road auto.he said my steering wheel was loose and the alignment you guys did was not done properly so I had to pay for another alignment It took 3 hours for an oil change power steering flush and alignment |

| One or two tires severely under inflated, despite telling them correct pressures. 2nd time this happened. Nice guys but sloppy work. I wouldn?t take a high end sports car there. |

| After waiting for 4hrs of waiting and only after flipping out was my car returned from getting an inspection to be informed it did not pass because of tire wear. The manager came to apologize for the unnecessary wait and indicated he would look into what happened but damage was done. I no longer wish to use their services and its a shame because our family have been using their services for awhile. Now we are looking for better organization and customer importance. |
